Given your busy lifestyle, it's important to find a fast and effective way to stay fit. Orangetheory in the Washington Park section of Denver, Colorado, is a results-oriented fitness center that can help you meet your fitness and weight loss goals. At Orangetheory, our group classes are led by personal gym trainers, so you'll benefit from a combination of group enthusiasm and individual attention.


Our classes are fun, challenging, and intense. Classes are typically 60 minutes in length and involve alternating between cardiovascular and strength training intervals. Your instructor will lead you through a series of exercises designed to boost strength, enhance cardiovascular endurance, and increase power. You'll make use of treadmills, rowing machines, suspension unit systems, and free weights. Remarkably, you can lose up to 1,000 calories during a single class and continue to burn calories for up to 36 hours after the class ends.


Our highly trained gym instructors are tasked with keeping your heart rate in the target zone. They are experts in keeping their clients moving and motivated, and they encourage individuals to reach their personal fitness and weight loss goals. Our trainers are here to offer basic instruction, to provide crucial advice and tips, and to modify exercises as necessary.


Orangetheory Fitness is for elite athletes, beginners, and everyone in between. Our workouts are effective for both men and women, and our instructors are accustomed to working with people of different abilities. Ashley’s love of fitness began when she decided to finally compete in her first bodybuilding competition at the age of 30 after considering it for years. Since then, she has accomplished her goals of becoming a Pro Bodybuilder, a Certified Personal Trainer, a Bikini Posing Coach, and most recently, an OTF Coach! When she’s not at the gym or at the studio coaching classes, you can most likely find her in the mountains. Whether it's snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, or just taking in the views, she consider the mountains her second home. Ashley is a Texas girl through and through and grew up in Dallas. Although Colorado does have Ashley’s heart, you'll likely here a "y'all" on the mic if you take a class with her!
Kris loves the mountains. He specializes in outdoor training and preparing people to tackle mountains such as K2, Everest and Denali. When he's not working, he's enjoying the outdoors with those he loves most. Kris loves people and bringing energy and encouragement to others lives. He loves Orangetheory and what it provides for members and the community! He calls all of his clients athletes because he believes everyone has the heart of an athlete and they all want to perform better, whether in sports or in life.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
