Ashley’s love of fitness began when she decided to finally compete in her first bodybuilding competition at the age of 30 after considering it for years. Since then, she has accomplished her goals of becoming a Pro Bodybuilder, a Certified Personal Trainer, a Bikini Posing Coach, and most recently, an OTF Coach! When she’s not at the gym or at the studio coaching classes, you can most likely find her in the mountains. Whether it's snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, or just taking in the views, she consider the mountains her second home. Ashley is a Texas girl through and through and grew up in Dallas. Although Colorado does have Ashley’s heart, you'll likely here a "y'all" on the mic if you take a class with her!
Jaci played a variety of sports throughout high school and ran track at Nebraska Wesleyan University while earning her degree in Health and Fitness Studies. She bolted to Colorado immediately after graduation; the active, mountain lifestyle was just what she was looking for! Her favorite activities include trail running, hiking and snowboarding. Her biggest passion is running loves training for road races of all distances. Jaci discovered Orangetheory Fitness after a friend invited her to try it out and was immediately fascinated. She loved the challenge and intensity of class, along with the friendly competition. Once she learned about the science behind the workout, she was hooked. Jaci brings an energy to class which encourages you to test your limits, push beyond the norm and find new strength and confidence within yourself. She also hopes you'll feel a sense of camaraderie with others...having fun, supporting the group and sharing your fitness journey with others is what it's all about!
Kris loves the mountains. He specializes in outdoor training and preparing people to tackle mountains such as K2, Everest and Denali. When he's not working, he's enjoying the outdoors with those he loves most. Kris loves people and bringing energy and encouragement to others lives. He loves Orangetheory and what it provides for members and the community! He calls all of his clients athletes because he believes everyone has the heart of an athlete and they all want to perform better, whether in sports or in life.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.







Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
